I’ve lost heaps of weight lately! (I'm like 13 pounds (5~6kg) lighter compared to my peak weight of last year!💥) I can tell you that eating clean and exercise are the key

I still eat junk food and drink alcohol occassinaly because I want to be able to enjoy life! (How can you avoid nice food and drinks when those are the best part of your life?!😜) But everytime I had a big lunch, I'd skip dinner by having some yougurt or fruits instead
(Do I feel hungry? Yes! But you might need to suffer a little bit if you want to be hardcore!💪) I didn't sign up for the gym either, but it doesn't mean I can't exercise
Get a yoga mat, get some small equipment, and maybe get some instructions from someone if you're truly a newbie
